Refund instructions
Refunds will be issued within 7 working days after receiving the product. If the product has performance failure, consumers can choose to return, exchange or repair it. Refunds will be made to the original credit/debit card/net banking provided at the time of purchase. If using a payment gateway, refunds will be made to the same account. Circumstances where refunds apply
1. If the product is not damaged, we will provide you with a full refund.
